CRPS I (Sudeck syndrome) drug-free treatment modalities
Complex regional pain syndrome type I (CRPS I) is a complex multicomponent disease. Its various pathogenic components and symptoms may manifest in patients in different degree. This leads to a differentiated approach based on the choice of the treatment methods and means depending on prevailing symptoms and pathogenetic mechanisms in individual patients. The pathogenetic mechanisms are indicated by the detailed analysis of the symptoms. The represented scheme of CRPS I drug-free treatment modalities allows to select the methods and means of treatment that will be the most effective for a particular patient on the basis of the analysis of the clinical symptoms.
