О роли социально-ориентированных методов лечения алкогольной зависимости

В настоящей статье представлен обзор литературы по имеющимся социально-ориентированным методам лечения алкогольной зависимости. Были проанализированы электронные базы данных: «Current Contents», «ETOH», «Medline», «PsycInfo», «PubMed» с 1966 года. В обзор включены исследования по эффективности, анализу различных социально-ориентированных методов лечения алкогольной зависимости. Рассмотрены патогенетические механизмы и теоретические аспекты различных социально-ориентированных методов лечения алкогольной зависимости. Произведено обсуждение активных компонентов групп самопомощи, роль социальной поддержки, ориентации на цель и отношения при данных видах вмешательств.

About the role of socially-oriented treatments for alcohol dependence

This article provides an overview of the available literature on social-oriented treatments for alcohol dependence. Electronic databases were analyzed: “Current Contents”, “ETOH”, “Medline”, “PsycInfo”, “PubMed” since 1966. The review includes studies on the effectiveness analysis of different socialoriented methods of treatment of alcohol dependence. Was considered pathogenic mechanisms and theoretical aspects of various socially-oriented methods of treating alcohol dependence. Produced discussion of the active components of self-help groups, the role of social support, focus on the purpose and relationship with these types of interventions.
