Неблагоприятные действия лекарственных препаратов на фертильность мужчин

В данном сообщении дано определение и оценка частоты проявления нежелательных эффектов лекарственных средств (НЭЛС) и способы их выявления. Приводится понятие определения «мужская фертильность» и перечислены факторы его определяющие. Выделены четыре основных механизма действия лекарственных препаратов на мужскую фертильность. Представлены характеристики действия гормональных, антимикробных (антибиотики, синтетические противомикробные средства, антимикотические и противовирусные препараты), противовоспалительных, гипотензивных и некоторых растительных препаратов, а так же средств, применяемых в урологической практике, при нарушениях функции ЦНС, при заболеваниях органов пищеварения на способность мужчин принимать участие в производстве жизнеспособного потомства. Неблагоприятные действия лекарственных препаратов на фертильность мужчин прежде всего зависят от длительности их применения. Значительные неблагоприятные действия некоторых групп лекарственных препаратов на мужскую фертильность во многих случаях ограничивают или полностью исключают их назначение. Проведена оценка информации о действии лекарственных препаратов на фертильность мужчин в официальных источниках, предназначенных для врачей различных специальностей (инструкции для специалистов Центра экспертиз и испытаний в здравоохранении).

Adverse effects of drugs on male fertility

This report provides a definition and evaluation of the frequency of undesirable effects of drugs (NELS) and ways of detecting them. We present the concept of the definition of “male fertility” and lists the factors determining it. Four basic mechanism of action of drugs on male fertility. The characteristics of the action of hormone, antimicrobials (antibiotics, synthetic antimicrobial agents, antifungal and antiviral drugs), anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, and some herbal medicines, as well as tools used in urological practice, in violation of the central nervous system, diseases of the digestive system in the ability of men to take participation in the production of viable offspring. Adverse effects of medication on male fertility depend primarily on the duration of their application. Significant adverse effects of some groups of drugs on male fertility in many cases, limit or completely eliminate their appointment. The evaluation of information on the effects of drugs on male fertility in the official sources, intended for physicians of various specialties (instructions for centers of expertise of specialists and tests in health service).
