One of the major syndromes of liver damage is – a syndrome of cytolysis. It is a clinical and laboratory syndrome characterized by an increase in alanine transaminase and aspartate as a nonspecific reaction of the liver cells to the action of damaging factors and manifests itself at the cellular level, the destruction of hepatocytes. Despite significant advances in the diagnosis of liver diseases, in practice, in some cases difficult to establish a specific nosological diagnosis. The article presents the clinical cases of the syndrome of cytolysis own practice. The relevance of this syndrome increases due to frequent and random identification of its asymptomatic liver disease.
