В статье представлены рекомендации по диагностике и лечению первичной иммунной тромбоцитопенической пурпуры (ИТП) у детей, которые были разработаны ведущими международными экспертами на основе современных представлений о патогенезе заболевания и адаптированы с учётом возможностей гематологической практики в РБ. Предложены различные варианты лечения (1, 2 и 3 линии терапии), включающие новые, эффективные лекарственные препараты, в частности агонисты тромбопоэтиновых рецепторов (ромиплостим, элтромбопаг), применение которых значительно расширило возможности консервативного лечения заболевания. Представленные рекомендации могут помочь гематологу выработать тактику ведения каждого конкретного пациента и улучшить качество его жизни.

Modern approachs to diagnosis and treatment of primary immune trombocitopenia (ITP) in children

This paper presents recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of primary immune thrombocitopenia (ITP) in children, developed by the leading international experts, based on modern concepts on the disease pathogenesis, and adapted to the potentialities of practical hematology in RB. Varios treatment options (1, 2 and 3 line therapies) are suggested, making use of new effective drugs, for example, thrombopoietin-receptor agonists (romiplostim, eltrombopag), which appreciably improve the potentialities of conservative treatment of the disease. These recommendations will help the hematologist develop the therapeutic strategy for each patient and improve his|her quality of life.
