Modern conceptions of cardiovascular risk stratification
The paper states basic approaches to the stratification of cardiovascular risk in various co-morbid conditions. The evolution of ideas about individual and population risks is reflected. An emphasis is made on risk factors in recipients of transplant organs, ways of predicting development of unfavorable complications after a transplant surgery are listed. The main guidelines of research on the study and stratification of cardiovascular risk are outlined.
