Боль в переднем отделе коленного сустава является одной из наиболее частых жалоб среди пациентов молодого возраста. Однако, на сегодняшний день не существует единого мнения по поводу этиологии, патогенеза и лечения этого состояния. В работе представлены различные взгляды на проблему, формирующиеся по мере изучения результатов лечения пациентов с патологией бедренно-надколенникового сочленения.

Anterior knee pain - history and current view to the problem

Anterior knee pain is one of the most common complaints among young patients. But, for today, there is no common opinion about the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of this condition. This paper presents various approaches to the problem, emerging as learning outcomes of patients with abnormal femoral-patellar joint.
