The purpose of work was to estimate efficiency and correctness of inclusion in complex therapy infectious мононуклеоза antibiotics and glucocorticosteroids. Treatment of 100 children (from 7 months till 16 years) with infectious mononucleosis has been analysed. Application of glucocorticosteroids at treatment by infectious mononucleosis at children authentically reduces duration of a fever, an adenoiditis, a pharyngitis and lymphoadenopathy. Application of antibiotics for patients with infectious mononucleosis is expedient only in case of the proved connection of a bacterial infection. At not complicated current by infectious mononucleosis purpose antibiotics increases duration of a pharyngitis.
