Качество исследования и достоверность результатов, которые могут быть получены в ходе его выполнения, напрямую зависят от правильности выбора дизайна исследования. В связи с этим грамотный выбор дизайна является основополагающим фактором на этапе планирования исследования и залогом его успеха. В статье представлены основные дизайны клинических исследований и этапы их планирования.

Basic clinical research designs

The quality of the study and the reliability of the results that can be obtained during its implementation directly depend on the correctness of the choice of the study design. In this regard, a competent choice of design is a fundamental factor at the planning stage of research and the key to its success. The article presents the main clinical trial designs and the stages of their planning.
