В условиях неуклонного роста числа зарегистрированных случаев передачи вируса гепатита Е (ВГЕ) при переливании крови, необходимость скрининга донаций на ВГЕ приобретает все большее значение. Целью настоящего исследования явилось выявление маркеров гепатита Е – иммуноглобулинов класса G и M, в крови белорусских доноров. Материалом для исследования явились образцы сыворотки крови, полученные от 452 до-норов, осуществлявших донации крови в г. Минске в период с 2020 по 2022 гг. В сыво-ротке крови, полученной от доноров, определяли наличие антител против ВГЕ классов IgM и IgG методом иммуноферментного анализа при помощи диагностических наборов производства НПО «Диагностические системы» и «Вектор-Бест» (РФ). В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что анти-ВГЕ IgG обнаружены в 5,75 % образ-цов, а анти-ВГЕ IgM содержало 1,77 % исследованных сывороток. В группе АлАТ поло-жительных доноров анти-ВГЕ IgG были выявлены в 6,8 % случаев и 2,27 % сывороток содержали анти-ВГЕ IgM. Статистически значимых различий серопревалентности анти-ВГЕ IgG и анти-ВГЕ IgM в зависимости от пола не выявлено. В систему инфек-ционной безопасности донорской крови в Республике Беларусь необходимо внедрение скрининга на ВГЕ. Иммунокомпроментированние пациенты и беременные должны полу-чать только ВГЕ-отрицательные продукты донорской крови.

Prevalence of antibodies to the hepatitis E virus in the blood of belarusian donors

The number of reported cases of transmission of hepatitis E virus (HEV) through blood transfusion is constantly increasing, making it necessary to screen donations for HEV. The aim of this study was to identify markers of hepatitis E - immunoglobulins G and M, in the blood of Belarusian donors. The material for the study was blood serum samples obtained from 452 donors who donated blood in Minsk in the period from 2020 to 2022. IgM and IgG against HEV in blood serum were determined by enzyme immunoassay using diagnostic kits manufactured by NPO Diagnostic Systems and Vector-Best (RF). Anti-HEV IgG was found in 5.75 % of the samples, and anti-HEV IgM contained 1.77 % of the studied sera. In the ALT group of positive donors, anti-HEV IgG were detected in 6.8 % of cases and 2.27 % of sera contained anti-HEV IgM. There were no statistically significant differences in the seroprevalence of anti-HEI IgG and anti-HEI IgM depending on sex. Screening for HEV should be introduced into the system of infectious safety of donor blood in the Republic of Belarus. Immunocompromised patients and pregnant women should receive only HEV-negative donated blood products.
