The epidemiological characteristic of Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome morbidity longstanding dynamics in population of the Republic of Belarus from 2007 to 2019 was provided. We used the following epidemiological diagnostics methods for meeting the established objectives: the retrospective epidemiological analysis and basic statistical methods. Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome morbidity was uneven between different years (from 0.02 to 1,6 cases per 100 000 people). The analyzed period of time was characterized by a pronounced long-term epidemic tendency to increase incidence. The growth rate was 13.2 %. The highest proportion of sick people was recorded in the Mogilev and Gomel regions (46.3 ± 5.0 % and 34.2 ± 4.7 %). In the Republic of Belarus 438 active HFRS foci in 2019 were identified. The maximum number of active natural foci of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was concentrated in the Vitebsk region (53.2 %). The main reservoir of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in the Republic of Belarus was the bank vole (Clethrionomys glareolus). Among other, although much less common sources of infection were registered: the yellownecked field mouse (Apodemus flavicollis) (10,0 %), the striped field mouse (Apodemus agrarius) (5,0 %) and common vole (Microtus arvalis) (2.5 %).
