Alcohol withdrawal status is one of the serious consequences of drinking alcohol and one of the key symptoms of alcohol dependence. Effective relief of this syndrome is one of the urgent tasks of narcology. The use of exclusively medicines sometimes contributes to the formation of some undesirable consequences for the somatic and cognitive sphere. The article presents data from a clinical study of the relief of psychopathological symptoms in the case of alcohol withdrawal using the integrated treatment of standardized methods of drug therapy in combination with oxygen therapy methods (hyperbaric oxygenation and normoxic therapeutic compression). A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the use of these methods of treatment for the specified pathology. The laws and advantages of each of the methods used are established. The results of the study may have place for their application in practical public health.
