Вопрос выбора хирургического доступа при выполнении тотального эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава (ТЭТС) имеет неоспоримую актуальность в связи с продолжающимся ростом числа выполняемых вмешательств и непрерывным поиском подходов, позволяющих повысить эффективность хирургического лечения.

The choice of surgical approach in total hip arthroplasty (THA) is an issue of today due to the continued increase in the number of interventions performed and the continuous search for approaches that increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment.
