Values Of CD4 + and CD8 + T-lymphocytes as potential markers of advanced liver fibrosis
The importance of determination of CD4 + and CD8 + T-lymphocyte counts as the potential markers of advanced liver fibrosis in patients with chronic viral hepatitis C has been studied. The optimal values of various phenotypes of T-lymphocytes have been identified that allow the most accurate differentiation of liver cirrhosis and earlier stages of fibrosis.
