The study carries out a comparative analysis of the psychopathological symptomatology using PANSS in 88 male subjects aged 15 to 34 years from Belarus. The major group comprises 60 subjects with the smoking blends addiction syndrome. The comparison group amounts to 28 subjects with acute psychotic disorders not related to the psychoactive substances use. The article determines some patterns of psychopathological symptoms in the subjects with the smoking blends addiction as opposed to persons from the comparison group. A comparative analysis of psychopathological symptomatology between the two groups has been carried out in the form of static and dynamic evaluation during the treatment and care. The article determines peculiarities of clinical findings in both groups.
