Тромбоцитопения является самой частой гематологической аномалией плода и новорождённого и регистрируется при рождении у 1–5% детей. У 0,1–0,5% новорождённых тромбоцитопения является тяжёлой.

The problem of immune thrombocytopenia of the fetal and neonatal in RB and the roads her decision

Thrombocytopenia is the most incident fetal and neonatal abnormality, recorded in 1–5% of children at birth. In 0.1–0.5% of neonates thrombocytopenia is severe.
