Рассмотрены способствующие возникновению и развитию рака такие актуальные при ожирении процессы, как хроническое воспаление, оксидативный стресс, взаимодействие между клетками в очаге предрака и рака и окружающей микросредой и макрофагами, гипоксия жировой ткани и другие.

Obesity as a risk factor for cancer
We have studied on the base of data of various countries researches such obesity associated cancer triggers as chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, close interactions between the cells in the tumor-to be seat, the microenvironment and NK-cells, adipose tissue and its hypoxia, and some others.
