Mechanisms and assessment of alloreactivity after liver transplantation
In this article the experience of the leading transplant centers in the diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of the risk of this complication has been analyzed. It describes the modern concept of the pathogenesis of immunological conflict between the recipient and the liver graft. It outlines the basic methods of monitoring the recipient’s immunological status and prospects of development of this scientifical direction.
