В статье обсуждаются вопросы дифференциального диагноза хронических воспалительных заболеваний кишечника и отдельных системных васкулитов. Общность некоторых механизмов патогенеза, схожесть клинической симптоматики делают такой дифференциальный диагноз в ряде случаев очень непростым. Хронические воспалительные заболевания кишечника наряду с кишечными симптомами зачастую сопровождаются системными проявлениями. А узелковый полиартериит и болезнь Бехчета демонстрируют широкий спектр гастроинтестинальных проявлений.

Inflammatory bowel diseases and some systemic vasculitis: differential diagnostic aspects. Review of literature. Series of clinical cases

The article discusses the issues of differential analysis of chronic bowel diseases and individual systemic vasculitis. Similarity of some mechanisms of pathogenesis, similarity of clinical symptoms in some cases make the analysis complicated. Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases with gastrointestinal symptoms are often accompanied by systemic symptoms. Polyarteritis nodosa and Behсet’s disease demonstrate a wide range of gastrointestinal symptoms.
