Модификация образа жизни является ключевым звеном в лечения сахарного диабета. Отсутствие регулярных физических нагрузок в сочетании с нарушенными пищевыми привычками являются предикторами развития ожирения и инсулинорезистентности и факторами, потенциально осложняющими течение СД 2-го типа.

Violations of food behaviour at patients with diabetes of the 2nd type
Lifestyle intervention is a key factor of diabetes treatment. Lacks of regular physical activities in combination with eating disorders are the potential predictors of obesity andinsulinoresistence, and factors complicated diabetes treatment. The article provides information about the comorbidity between disordered eating and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Authors investigatethe problem of incidence and prevalence disordered eating in diabetic patients, reveal risk factors ofpathological food patternsand discover the correlation between eating disorderesand obesity. The diagnosis and prevention of disordered eating is suggested to be an important partof effective diabetes treatment.
