Due to the rapid development and modernization of Transplantation in the Republic of Belarus, the question of cardiovascular risk in patients the transplant kidney recipients became very important. Cardiovascular mortality recipients with a functioning graft is recognized as one of the leading causes of inefficiencies in the kidney transplant in the late postoperative period. This article contains information about the features of cardiovascular diseases in renal transplant recipients in the early and mid-term postoperative period. It reflects the combined effect of various risk factors in this group of patients, such as smoking, hypertension, overweight, anemia, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, graft dysfunction, immunosuppressive drugs. It emphasizes the importance of monitoring of the state of the cardiovascular system and differentiated approach prevention and treatment of these patients.
