This article focuses on the comprehensive clinical and laboratory evaluation and treatment of women with systemic lupus erythematosus in pregravidal and gestational periods. It presents the epidemiology, clinical manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus in pregnant women, including those with secondary antiphospholipid syndrome, in various stages of gestation. The features of drug therapy during pregravidal training are contraindications for pregnancy in this group of women. Widely covered tactics and therapeutic measures in various stages of pregnancy, the differential diagnosis of lupus nephritis and preeclampsia, placental and fetus problems, special features of diseases of infants born to mothers with systemic lupus erythematosus.
