Physical training use for rehabilitation of patients undergoing surgical treatment of valvular heart disease is difficult because of pathogenesis complexity and limitations due to some of risk factors. There are represented the facts of successful use of exercise training in rehabilitation both children and elder patients. It is recommended to add exercise training before surgery, excepting the patients with the contradications, and to combine the aerobic exercises of moderate intensity with resistance exercises to increase positive effects of rehabilitation after surgery. This make it possible to increase strength and muscle pump function, and in whole – to improve the functional state and workability of patients.
