Представлены современные данные об этиологии, клиническом течении и подходах к диагностике синдрома Рея у детей. Приведены выписки из истории болезни детей с синдромом Рея,находившихся на лечении в УЗ ГДИКБ г.Минска.

The article contains up-to-date information on the etiology, clinical progression and approaches to the diagnosis of Reye syndrome in pediatrics. There are also presented case records of children with Reye Syndrome, who were treated in the Minsk city children's infectious diseases hospital.
