On the correlation of stress, stress resistance and alcohol dependence in persons of adolescent and young age
We conducted a clinical observational analytical research with directed compilation of research groups using the case-control method. The sample was represented with the main group of 397 subjects with alcohol dependence, the control group of 213 subjects and the comparison group of 232 subjects. The clinical diagnostics was conducted according to ICD-10, AUDIT, «B-ASI» (version 2.3-3.01.2001). We analyzed stress resistance in the groups taking into account social and personality factors. The data obtained can be used when developing correction programs taking into account the specificity and peculiarities of disease history.
