На модели респираторного взрыва макрофагов ацетил-L-карнитин и таурин в молярных отношениях А1/Т10…А10/Т1 синергично ингибируют Nox2-зависимую генерацию АФК. Композиции ацетил-L-карнитина и таурина обладают значительным дозовым резервом, позволяющим сохранять фармакологическую активность при флюктуациях концентраций компонентов.

Pharmacodynamic synergism of the acetyl-l-carnitine and taurine on the model of respiratory burst of macrophages
The combinations of the acetyl-L-carnitine and taurine in ratios of A1/T10 to A10/T1 demonstrate synergistic inhibition of Nox2-dependent reactive oxygen species production on the model of respiratory burst of macrophages. These combinations of acetyl-L-carnitine and taurine have a large dose reduction index (DRI) range to save pharmacological activity.
