Представлен анализ применяемых способов хирургического лечения вертельных переломов бедренной кости и их влияния на ранние послеоперационные результаты. Проведено проспективное исследование группы из 62 пациентов. Средний возраст составил 72,7±14,8 лет, женщин было 50,
мужчин 12. Выполнены следующие вмешательства: остеосинтез динамическим бедренным винтом - 30, остеосинтез динамическим мыщелковым винтом - 6, остеосинтез клинковой пластиной 130 град. - 1, остеосинтез гамма-стержнем - 20, остеосинтез реконструктивным бедренным стержнем - 3, эндопротезирование - 2. Нами произведён анализ длительности операции, кровопотери, количества интраоперационных гемотрансфузий, количества снимков ЭОП (лучевая нагрузка), длительности стационарного лечения и ранних послеоперационных осложнений.

Surgical treatment of vertelny changes of proximal department of a hip: the analysis of the next results at 62 patients

Purpose: to analyze the methods of the intertrochanteric fractures ostheosynthesis and their influence on early postoperative results. Methods. Prospective study, including 62 patients, had been performed. The mean age of the patients was 72,7±14,8, there was 50 females and 12 males. Operative procedures: dynamic hip screw osteosynthesis - 30, dynamic condylar screw osteosynthesis - 6, blade plate osteosynthesis - 1, Gamma nail osteosynthesis - 20, recon nail osteosynthesis - 3, arthroplasty - 2. Duration of the surgery, intraoperative blood loss and number of people given transfusion, number of the C-arm starts, length of hospital stay and early postoperative complications had been investigated.
