С использованием компонентов только отечественного производства разработан набор реагентов для выявления ДНК парвовируса В19 методом ПЦР в режиме реального времени и проведена апробация его применения для верификации диагноза. Результаты исследования 53 образцов сыворотки крови пациентов с острой экзантемой, полученные разработанным набором реагентов и аналогичным коммерческим набором, полностью совпали.

Development and approbation of a domestic kit for detection of parvovirus B19

Using components of domestic production only, a kit for detection of parvovirus B19 DNA using real-time PCR was developed and an approbation of its use for verification of the diagnosis was carried out. The results of the testing of 53 serum samples from patients with acute exanthema, obtained by the developed kit and a similar commercial kit, completely coincided.
