Цель. Оценить эффективность клинического применения аутологичной плазмы, обогащенной растворимыми факторами тромбоцитов (ПОРФТ), при местном лечении диабетических язв кожи у пациентов с синдромом диабетической стопы (СДС).

Aim. To present examples of effective use of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for local therapy of diabetic foot ulcers in patients.
