Сахарный диабет 2 типа (СД 2) является гетерогенным заболеванием, что усложняет понимание механизмов развития сосудистых осложнений. Наличие различных компонентов метаболического синдрома и носительство определенных генотипов предрасполагает к развитию ангиопатий.
