Antibacterial medicines application in various inflammatory diseases therapy has led to antibiotic-resistant microorganisms isolates number growth. Research for genetic markers of Mycoplasma genitalium resistance to groups of antibacterial medicines (tetracycline, macroleads, fluoroquinolones), applied for treatment of urogenital tract infections, caused by presence of this causative agent, was performed. Tet-determinantes revealing, nucleotide sequences of 23S rRNA, gyrA and parC genes analysis has been carried out in Mycoplasma genitalium clinical isolates. The received results have allowed to confirm wide prevalence of Mycoplasma genitalium isolates resistant to tetracycline group antibacterial medicines (52,94 %) and to define prevalence of infectious agent isolates which was resistant to macroleads (26,47%) and fluoroquinolones (5,88%).
