Isolated and accumulated Mycoplasma genitalium isolates: MG-9 and MG-20 have been used for studying of the causative agent resistance -sensitivity to applied groups of antibacterial medicines (tetracyclines , macroleads, fluoroquinolones), with using of serial dilutions method. Results were estimated due to growth rising and culture medium pH-indicator colour changing, with identification of the antibacterial medicines minimum inhibitory concentrations. All investigated antimicrobic medicines have allowed to reach MG-9 and MG-20 M. genitalium isolates growth depression. Using of macroleads group medicines infectious agent growth reduction was reached with applying of lower medicines concentration. Quantitative real-time PCR method was used for the pathogen growth in culture medium control, it has allowed to establish that full M. genitalium isolates growth suppression with minimum inhibitory concentration of antibacterial medicines using in vitro has been reached to 15-20 day of experiment.
