Личностная тревожность и тревога у подростков и молодых лиц с алкогольной зависимостью

Проведено клиническое обсервационно-аналитическое исследование с использованием направленного формирования исследовательских групп методом случай-контроль. Выборка была представлена основной группой (ОГ) из 397 человек с алкогольной зависимостью (АЗ), контрольной группой (КГ) из 213 человек и группой сравнения (ГС) из 232 человек. Клиническая диагностика производилась в соответствии с МКБ-10, AUDIT, «Б-ИТА» (версия 2.3-3.01.2001). В результате исследования установлено, что для лиц, страдающих АЗ, более характерны личностные черты в виде напряженности и со стажем АЗ более выраженной становится тревожность. Полученные данные можно использовать при составлении коррекционных программ с учетом специфичности и особенностей клиники заболевания.

Personal anxiety of teenagers and the young with alcohol addiction

We conducted a clinical observational analytical research with directed compilation of research groups using the case-control method. The sample was represented with the main group of 397 subjects with alcohol dependence, the control group of 213 subjects and the comparison group of 232 subjects. The clinical diagnostics was conducted according to ICD-10, AUDIT, «B-ASI» (version 2.3-3.01.2001). The research results showed that the subjects suffering from alcohol dependence are more likely to feel tense, and the level of anxiety increases with number of years with alcohol dependence. The data obtained can be used when developing correction programs taking into account the specificity and peculiarities of disease history.
