Методом непрямой иммуногистохимии исследовано распределение иммунореактивности к кальцитонин ген-родственному пептиду в вилочковой железе плодов и новорожденных. Выявлены возрастные изменения экспрессии КГРП, выражающиеся в снижении иммунореактивности к КГРП в тимусе новорожденных по сравнению с вилочковой железой плодов.

Distribution of immunoreactivity to calcitonin gene-related peptide in the thymus of human fetuses and newborns

By the method of indirect immunohistochemistry was investigated the distribution of the immunoreactivity to calcitonin gene-related peptide in the thymus of human fetuses and newborns. Age-dependent changes of CGRP-IR in organ was revealed. The decrease of CGRP-immunoreactivity was marked in thymus of newborns.
