Электромиографический показатель «активность введения» в норме, при денервационных и ишемических процессах в мышцах

В работе представлены результаты электромиографического исследования показателя активности введения (АВ) в денервированных и интактных мышцах конечностей у 70 больных с травматическим повреждением периферических нервов и у 46 больных с ишемической контрактурой кисти или стопы. Референсные значения АВ в здоровых мышцах находились в диапазоне 156–228 мс. Была установлена достоверная средней силы корреляционная зависимость значения показателя АВ от давности травмы (r=-0,6), то есть АВ прогрессивно уменьшалась с увеличением давности денервационного процесса. При ишемическом поражении мышц наблюдалась специфическая электромиографическая картина: значительно сниженная активность ввведения или ее отсутствие. Выделены три электромиографических варианта ишемического поражения мышц конечностей.

Electromyographic insertional activity in normal, denervated and iscemic muscles

The results of electromyographic investigation of insertional activity (IA) in the denervated and intact muscles of the limbs in 70 patients with traumatic injury of peripheral nerves and in 46 patients with ischemic contracture of hand or foot were presented in this paper. Reference values of IA in healthy intact muscles were in the range 156—228 ms. Moderate correlation dependence of IA on terms after the injury (r=-0,6 ) with high degree of confidence has been found, IA progressively decreased with increase of denervation terms. Specific electromyographic changes have been revealed in the ischemic muscles: significantly reduced insertional activity or it absence. Three types of electromiographic changes of ischemic lesion of muscles were marked.
