В обзоре приведены литературные сведения, посвященные экспериментальному и клиническому применению различных комбинаций факторов регенерации суставного хряща, таких как обогащенная тромбоцитами плазма, гиалуроновая кислота и, в особенности, мезенхимальные стволовые клетки, на различных стадиях дегенеративных процессов, а также при наличии посттравматических дефектов суставного хряща коленного сустава.

Efficiency of cellular technologies in the treatment of gonarthrosis

The review presents literature data on the experimental and clinical use of various combinations of articular cartilage regeneration factors such as platelet enriched plasma, hyaluronic acid and, in particular, mesenchymal stem cells, at various stages of degenerative processes, as well as in the presence of posttraumatic defects of the articular cartilage of the knee joint.
